RiverRock European Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of the majority shareholding in three Spanish police station PPPs.
The projects included are theVallés police stations concession (Terrasa), Mossos d´Esquadra headquarters (Sabadell) police concession, and Vallés Occidental police stations concession (Barberá).
The assets are acquires from Iridium Concession Infrastructures (ACS Group).
