Rio Grande do Sul postpones IPO for privatization of Corsan

The Companhia Riograndense de Saneamento (Corsan), a sanitation service provider in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, has postponed the public IPO for the privatization. Corsan supplies drinking water and provides sanitary sewage in 317 municipalities in the Rio Grande do Sul.

The transaction is scheduled to continue once the market stabilizes. Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Itaú BBA, Bradesco BBI, BTG Pactual, Safra and XP Investimentos provided coordination services.
