The State Government of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the consortium of Enel X Brasil, Leonardo and TIM to conduct the study related to smart city solutions.
The companies will propose solutions that will offer techniques for connected e-city. Along with the proposals, the consortium will also identify cities within the state where smart city infrastructure can be implemented. The innovative solutions would include real-time monitoring systems as well as systems concerning sectors of e-city, e-home, e-mobility, e-industries, digital financial services, energy systems, and artificial intelligence.
