Rijksvastgoedbedrijf, the Netherlands real state agency, has launched a tender process to hire advisors to carry out a barracks public private partnership (PPP) project in Vlissingen.
The selected advisors will support the agency to develop a PPP project on design, build, finance, operation and maintenance (DBFOM) basis to build new barracks called Michiel Adriaanszoon de Ruyterkazerne.
The advisory team will work along with Commando Diensten Centra (CDC) of the Ministry of Defense. The contract will be for a period of 3 years with the possibility of extending the agreement for three more years.
Vlissingen is a municipality and a city in the southwestern Netherlands on the former island of Walcheren. With its strategic location between the Scheldt River and the North Sea, Vlissingen has been an important harbor for centuries.
Interested parties must submit their request to participate on or before June 6, 2015.
