The City of Pflugerville has issued a Request for Qualification Proposals (RFQ/P) for the development of the Downtown East public-private partnership (PPP) project in Pflugerville, Texas, USA.
The selected developers will be responsible for the development of new civic, recreational and commercial facilities under the PPP project. A non-compulsory meeting will be conducted on October 17, 2022. Questions, clarifications or requests for general information must be made in writing via Civcast.
