The City of Stamford in the USA had issued a request for qualifications on January 13, 2020 seeking a technical consultant for public schools project in Stamford. The authority is looking for a representative/ Construction Management /Project Management (PM) firm for the project administration of Stamford’s Public-Private Partnership design, construction, and management of potentially 1,000,000 square feet of new public schools space.

The PM that is selected for this project will be involved in all aspects of the project, beginning with strategy input and the drafting of the initial RFQs/RFPs used to select the private partner.  PM work will continue through design, construction management and oversight, design of maintenance plans and final commissioning of the new schools.

The deadline to submit the qualification is January 28, 2020.
