Saudi Arabia's Water & Electricity L.L.C (WEC) has received qualification documents from 15 private developers for the independent sewage treatment plant in the city of Taif, in the Mecca Province of KSA. The preferred bidder will have to develop, finance, engineer, procure, construct, implement, own, operate, maintain and transfer a sewage treatment plant, which will have a total treatment capacity of up to 270,000 m3/day.
