The city of Kingman has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking a master developer for its Kingman municipal airport PPP project in Arizona, USA.
This RFQ represents the initial phase of a two-part procedure. Those who are selected as successful Offeror(s) through this RFQ will receive an invitation to take part in a subsequent Request for Proposals (Future RFP) process. The City aims to establish a public-private partnership through this process, to optimize long-term revenues for both parties and foster economic growth for the City. This partnership will involve the development of approximately 339 acres of vacant aeronautical land situated at the Kingman Municipal Airport.
