Ministry of Energy in Saudi Arabia has launched a request for qualifications (RFQ) notice seeking a private partner to develop a local dry gas pipeline network located in Third Industrial City at Dammam.
The pipeline will supply dry gas to the local manufacturing units with a connection point at Aramco. The selected private partner will be responsible for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the network with a concession period of 35 years.
