RFQ launched seeking utilities services for University in Nebraska

University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) in Nebraska, USA has launched a request for qualifications seeking a private partner to provide utility services for the entire campus. The private partner will provide design, construction, ownership, management, and operations of the utility systems as well as expansion of the existing District Energy System on campus.

The campus has chilled water, steam, hot water, and normal and emergency electrical power services. The existing central utility systems provide the cooling, heating, and electrical utilities to support the operation of the hospital, research, and education mission of the entire UNMC / Nebraska Medicine campus.
