The City of Lake Oswego, located in Oregon, north-west USA, has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of a new wastewater treatment facility.

The facility would replace the existing Tryon Creek wastewater treatment plant, constructed in 1964.

The deadline to submit responses is 2 April 2019. Three respondents will be invited to submit proposals for the project.
