The University of California in Los Angeles has launched a request for qualification (RFQ) seeking a technical advisor to plan and develop an advanced wastewater treatment plant at the UCLA campus. The project will support the University's policy target of a 36% reduction of potable water use per capita by 2025.
The consultant will collect and analyze existing documentation, reports, UC policy, and UCLA specific requirements from several sources furnished by the University. The scope of works involves the provision of strategic and technical services such as a detailed project program and estimation of the project cost.
