Texas Southern University (TSU) in Texas, USA has launched a request for qualifications (RFQ) notice seeking a private partner for the student communities project.

The project involves the development of 2000 apartment-style beds along with surface parking, dining, and mixed-use facility. The selected private partner will be responsible for the plan, finance, design, and construction of double-occupancy rooms with private bedroom and bathrooms interior units as well as private restrooms and living room spaces.
