The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD), in cooperation with the National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP) in Saudi Arabia, has announced the launch of the Request for Qualification (RFQ) phase for its Social Case Surveying PPP covering the Riyadh and Hail regions. The initiative aims to cover a wider number of beneficiaries in the conducted surveys, thereby raising the quality of services provided by the MHRSD to its beneficiaries in accordance with best international practices.
This initiative will complement the proposed draft Social Security regulation which stipulates that research shall be conducted for all new applicants and all current beneficiaries once a year, which will lead to a significant increase in the number of conducted surveys. MHRSD explained that the project will be implemented in partnership with the private sector according to a five-year management contract model. Submission of Statement of Qualification (SOQ) is open to all parties from local or international private and non-profit sectors. All SOQ’s will be qualified based on the technical, administrative, and financial evaluation.
The deadline to submit the qualifications is October 07, 2020. You can find more information about this RFQ on our business opportunity page here.
