The City of Angleton has issued a Request for Qualification (RFQ) to select a private partner for the development of Rueben Welch Park in the USA.
The selected developer will be responsible for the design, engineering, project management, construction and operation of a publicly accessible recreational or leisure park. In addition, the private partner The partner will contribute additional funds to address the project design, engineering, and construction. The City will own permanent infrastructure while the partner will retain ownership of removable assets. The partner will maintain, repair, and provide service to customers utilizing developed assets. The park covers 20 acres.
