The Blinn College District (BCD) in the USA has launched a request for qualification seeking private developers for student housing at the Brenham campus of Blinn College. Brenham is a city in east-central Texas in Washington County, USA. The scope of works involves the development of 400 to 500 dormitory-style beds with parking area, along with one main entry and exit point, a centralized laundry facility, front reception furnishing with secure storage, a building manager office, at least one enclosed study area, at least one community lounge/assembly space, and a package services area. The procurement will be carried out on design, finance, construct, and operation (DBFO) mode.
