Ministry of Defence of Kenya has launched a request for qualifications (RFQ) seeking a private partner to deliver residential accommodation and associated support facilities for the Kenya Defence Forces. The project will be implemented under design, build, finance and commissioning mode and will involve the construction of the following facilities:
- 2,340 residential units on 104,125 square meter area in built-up areas and associated infrastructure;
- Amenities across 5 project sites located in Roysambu, Kwambuzi-Nanyuki, NyaliMombasa, Lanet, and Gilgil Kenyatta Barracks.
These units will be used by Kenya Defence Forces’(KDF) Non-commissioned Officers.
