The Northern Cape Department of Transport, Safety and Liaison (NCDTSL) have launched a Request for Qualification (RFQ) to optimize the De Aar Logistics Hub in Northern Cape, South Africa.
The Project entails constructing an inland intermodal system comprising: Container Terminal, Vehicle parking Terminal, and Warehouse/Cold room Terminal to optimize the freight strategy and logistic functions of the province.
