The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) has launched a request for qualification (RFQ) seeking a private investor for the planning, design, construction, operations, and leasing of airport cargo, hangar, maintenance and other aeronautical support facilities at New York Stewart International Airport. Located at the intersection of NY State Thruway and Interstate 84 the Stewart International Airport is the fourth major airport in the Tri-state area.
