RFQ launched for Burnaby hospital redevelopment project

Fraser Health Authority has launched a request for qualifications seeking private developers for the Phase I redevelopment of Burnaby hospital. The project includes the design, build, finance and construction, management of a hospital at Burnaby, British Colombia.

The scope of the works involves design and construction of a new six level Inpatient/Outpatient Tower; design and construction of a new five level expansion to the south side of the existing Support Facilities Building; Renovations to levels 2-4 of the Support Facilities Building, levels 0 and 1 of the Nursing Tower, including select mechanical and electrical elements; and Demolition of the Cascade and West Wing Buildings.
