RFQ launched for building infrastructure PPP in Huntington Beach

The city of Huntington Beach in California, USA has launched a request for qualification (RFQ) seeking a developer for Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Maintainance of multiple public buildings. The authority will sign an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement (ENA) leading to a definitive agreement for delivery of the project.

The deadline to submit the qualifications is May 13, 2021.
