The City of Riverside has launched a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to deliver the Biogas and Digestate Management Upgrading Facilities Project at the Riverside Regional Water Quality Control Plant (RWQCP) in the USA.
The selected private partner will own, finance, permit, maintain and operate the project. The Successful Proponent will be required to demonstrate adequate financial capacity, support for design, construction, permitting, and commissioning activities, and to secure any performance guarantees during both the Design-Build phase and the 20-year Operations & Maintenance (O&M) phase of the project.
