The city of Quincy in Massachusetts, USA has issued a request for qualifications seeking design and technical consulting firms for an art center in the city. The project includes design, build, finance, operation, and maintenance of mixed-use cultural art center in Quincy, Norfolk County, Massachusetts. This center will be used for celebration and promotion of all forms of art, photography, sculptures, performance, still, cinematic, etc. The new facility will be a home for visual art displays and many performing arts such as movies, plays, musicals, musical concerts, orchestral and many more.
The design firm will support authority at stages of the planning, programming, and future construction of the project. The scope of works includes preliminary engineering and feasibility study; Design Development; Plans and Specifications for the Cultural Center for the Arts; Construction phase services and Commissioning services.
