The Infrastructure Ontario (IO) has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a private sector service provider for the Transaction Management Services.
IO, on behalf of the Ontario government, manages a real estate portfolio in Canada, which includes more than 4,400 buildings and 194,000 acres of land. On behalf of its provincial clients, IO is a landlord or tenant in both owned and third-party leased space. The procurement focuses on lease transaction management with the flexibility to accommodate future transaction needs, as required.
