The Infrastructure Ontario and Trillium Health Partners have issued a request for qualifications (RFQ) for the development of the Trillium Health Partners Broader Redevelopment–Queensway Health Centre project.
The selected partner will be responsible for the construction and finance (BF) of the health center with the aim to increase capacity for post-acute care. The scope of works includes the construction of a new patient tower and renovations to some existing spaces. This RFQ is the first step in the selection process. The authorities will evaluate submissions and shortlist teams, which will be invited to respond to a request for proposals (RFP).
