Ohlone Community College District has published the Request for Qualifications (RFQs) for the development of the student housing PPP project at the Newark Center, California.
The selected partner will be responsible for the design, build, finance, operate and maintain the project on the site under a long-term ground lease with the authority. The student housing will include at least 248 single beds and 66 family-type units and will serve all types of students. Management of the housing will cover marketing and leasing, payment collections, room assignments, facilities maintenance and providing comprehensive residential life services to residents.
