The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey has published the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the development of ground facilities at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York, USA.
The selected partner will be responsible for the design and construction of the central terminal area, roadways, utilities, and ground transportation center at the airport. The tender process includes two steps, whereby the authority will review firstly responses on this RFQ and shortlist up to four firms for a Request for Proposals (RFP).
