Prince George's County Public Schools has issued a request for qualification seeking a private partner for the Blueprint Schools Phase II public private partnership (PPP) in Maryland, USA.
The private partner will be responsible for the design, construction, finance and maintenance of 6 schols in Prince George's County – 4 elementary and 2 K-8 schools. Under the terms of the project agreement, the project will consist of two periods: a 3-year construction period (Design-Build) and a 30-year post-construction maintenance period (Services). The private partner will be solely responsible for providing all necessary financing for the project. The list of school sites for the project is the following:Margaret Brent Elementary School; James E. Duckworth Regional School; Hyattsville Elementary School; Springhill Lake Elementary School; Brandywine K-8 School; Robert Frost K-8 School.
The deadline for submission of the response is December 15, 2022. The shorlisted proposers will be notified and the request for proposals (RFP) will be issued no later than January 25, 2023.
