Saudi Water Partnership Company (SWPC) has issued a request for qualification (RFQ) notice to 39 interested companies for the Al Haer Independent Sewage Treatment Plant concession. Located in the city of Riyadh in Riyadh Province, the treatment plant will have a total ultimate treatment capacity of 200,000 m3/day.
