RFP seeking technical advisory for replacement of county administration building in Gainesville

Alachua County Board of County Commissioners in the USA has issued a request for proposals seeking technical advisers for the replacement works for the County Administration Building which is located in the downtown of Gainesville, Florida at 12 SE 1st Street on the corner of University Avenue and Main Street. The building is aging and in need of complete replacement. The current land and building may be underutilized and could be used for a higher purpose, such as revenue-generating mixed-use office and retail space.
