Infrastructure Ontario (IO) in Canada has issued a request for proposals (RFP) seeking facilities management advisory services for the South Niagara Hospital project. The Project is to be procured as a design, build, finance, and maintain (DBFM) project.
The adviser will provide advisory services to IO and the Hospital on facilities management and life cycle strategies, produce project-specific facilities management output specifications (FMOS), which will be integrated into the Project Specific Output Specifications (PSOS) by the planning, design and compliance consultant (PDC), and provide lifecycle and facilities management costing.
