The city of Edmonton in Canada has issued a request for proposal seeking legal adviser for the development of Organics processing facilities in Edmonton. The facility will provide a long-term substitute for the Edmonton Composting Facility (ECF).
The consultant will provide legal advice and support for the procurement of the OPF Project through a P3 delivery model. The consultant will work collaboratively with the project team, including the Financial Advisor, the Owner’s Engineer, and other special and technical advisors.
