National Highway Authority (NHA) in Pakistan has launched a request for proposals seeking consultants for Kharian - Rawalpindi Motorway project in Punjab province. The project includes build, operate and transfer of 115 km long 6 lane motorway connecting Kharian and Rawalpindi in northern Pakistan. The scope of works involves earthworks, pavement works, structural works, drainage & erosion protection works, ancillary works, electromechanical works, landscaping/greening works, rest and services areas, Intelligent Transportation Systems, etc.
The consultant will deliver a Feasibility Study and Preliminary Design for the construction of the project. The NHA is holding a pre-proposal conference for the project on November 07, 2019 in Islamabad.
The deadline to submit the response to the RFP is November 21, 2019.
