Infrastructure Ontario in Canada has closed the Request for Proposals (RFP) stage for teams to submit bids for the development of the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital Redevelopment project.

The selected private partner will be responsible for the design, build and finance of the hospital project. Earlier the authority shortlisted and invited the following three teams to submit their proposals: Amico Sacyr Alliance, EllisDon Infrastructure Healthcare and Pomerleau Healthcare Partners.

All three teams have submitted proposals for the project. Over the next several months, the authority will evaluate these submissions and, as a result, will announce a successful proponent in early 2022.
