RFP launched seeking transit-oriented consulting service for City of Bellevue

City of Bellevue in the USA has launched a request for proposal seeking a vendor to provide development consulting service to obtain professional real estate consultant and real estate brokerage services.

The vendor will provide services such as:

  • Analyzing the feasibility of public-private partnership (P3) transit-oriented development (TOD) development adjacent to the 130th Avenue station considering existing and future market conditions, required timelines, constraints and goals;
  • Advising the City of Bellevue on potential development strategies, timing, associated costs and benefits;
  • Advising and assisting the City of Bellevue through P3 procurement process development and execution.
    • Pre-Marketing: - Advise and assist the city with any advanced marketing materials and/or communications efforts that may be necessary to solicit developer interest in the project prior to launching a formal solicitation.
    • Process Development Assistance Consultant will work closely with the city to craft and map out the appropriate solicitation process that will identify high-quality development partners with the most relevant experience and financial capabilities to develop the project envisioned by the city, meeting the city’s goals and required timelines.
    •  Evaluation and Selection Assistance

The consultant will advise on the necessary steps, evaluation criteria and documentation necessary for reviewing responses to requests. If a multi-step process is advised (RFQ to RFP), the consultant will advise on the process and notification best practices throughout each step and provide draft materials to support city staff all the way through selection and notification of a winning developer or development team.
