RFP launched seeking private developer for Wastewater treatment plant in Brandenburg

The city of Brandenburg in the USA has issued a request for proposal (RFP) seeking the developer of the wastewater treatment plant project. The scope of work involves design and build a new wastewater treatment plant, demolish and remove the existing WWTP, renovate a pump station, and potentially operate and maintain the plant per the specifications outlined below, finance the Project, or potentially replace approximately 45,000 feet of clay tile piping, potentially maintain the entire wastewater treatment system.
