The government of Alberta has launched a request for a partner (RFP) seeking private sector company to partner with Good Samaritan Society for the development of the campus of care at the Dr Gerald Zetter Care Centre in the Stewart Greens area in West Edmonton, Alberta.
The private partner should have significant experience with strategic thinking; space planning; technical expertise; successful ground-up development; sophisticated investment; development and operations in multi-use facilities; successful customer/client services relationship; project designing, planning, development, building and maintenance, for organizations of similar size, scope and purpose as GSS, and demonstrate an understanding of the current real estate market in Alberta; and financial stability.
