The University of Louisville (UofL) in Kentucky, USA has launched a request for proposal (RFP) seeking a legal advisor to help authority with procurement of private partner. UofL is considering a project that would take the benefit of its Physical Plant assets to address critical pending deferred maintenance needs. Asset monetization involves the creation of new sources of revenue by unlocking the value of the University’s steam-chilled plant. UofL will enter into a lease-based agreement for 40-year with a private partner.
The legal advisor will assist UofL and provide the following services: pre-procurement activities, RFP development and evaluation as well as contract negotiation and documentation. The contract period will start from July 1, 2024 till June 30, 2026.
