The Board Of Education of Prince George’s County in Maryland, USA has launched a request for proposal (RFP) seeking consultants to provide technical and financial services for Phase 2 of School PPP. The authority intends to utilize alternative delivery methods for multiple new or replacement school construction projects such as high school buildings and playing fields, middle schools buildings and
playing fields and elementary school buildings and grounds across the county.
The consultant will provide assistance in reviewing, comparing and analyzing the feasibility of the proposed PPP model. The scope of services also involves submission of applications to regulatory authorities; Environmental and Geo-Technical analyses and planning with respect to the Project Site; Conceptual Design for the Project; development of a long-term swing space plan; evaluation of conceptual and detailed design proposals; and advice and consultation concerning the final design and construction of the proposed project.
