RFP launched for University of North Dakota Memorial Stadium Site project

The University of North Dakota in USA has launched a request for proposals (RFP) seeking private partner to develop Memorial Stadium Site. The private partner will design, finance, construct, own, and manage a new mixed-use facility on University land.
