The University of Houston (UH) at Sugar Land has launched a Request for Proposal (RFP) for interested parties to assist UH in creating strategic and profitable public-private partnerships to best utilize its growing campus. Located at Highway 59 and University Blvd in Sugar Land, Texas, this site covers 270 acres of property, including Highway 59 frontage and approximately 200 buildable acres. The consulting services involve real estate/land consulting as well as education and training consulting.
Respondents are encouraged to propose contractual arrangements offering the maximum benefit to the University in terms of (1) services to the University, (2) total overall cost to the University, and (3) project management expertise. The contract will be awarded for a 1-year period with a possibility to extend for 1 additional year.
