The Government of British Columbia has announced the request for proposals (RFP) stage for the Surrey Langley SkyTrain public-private partnership (PPP) project in British Columbia.
The bidders will be responsible for the design, building and financing the elevated guideway, roadworks and utilities, as well as active transportation elements of the Surrey Langley SkyTrain. The following teams were invited to participate in the RFP stage:
The winner will be announced at the end of autumn 2023. The Province of Surrey will announce shortlisted candidates for the second and third RFPs. The contract is expected to be concluded in early 2024.
