RFP launched for Student Housing PPP project in Salt Lake
Salt Lake Community College has launched the Request for Proposals (RFP) for two qualified development firms for the Student Housing Project on Taylorsville Redwood Campus, Utah. The project will be implemented in a collaboration with College to design, build, finance, operate and maintain.
The RFP is only for two teams, ACC and Servitas, which were prequalified during the RFSQ process.
The deadline to submit the proposals is April 23, 2021.
