The City of Los Angeles Economic and Workforce Development Department has issued a request for proposal (RFP) seeking development proposals from experienced development teams with respect to the development of the Slauson and Wall Opportunity Site. The seven-acre site is located 2.5 miles from Exposition Park in Los Angeles city. The site will serve as a town center where community members can enjoy open space, utilize community rooms. The aim of the project is to give community members an opportunity to enjoy outdoor recreational space, along with incubator space for street vendors all within a state-of-the-art food court, flexible office space for nonprofits and start-ups.
