San Diego Regional Airport Authority in California, USA has launched a request for proposal (RFP) looking for a private partner to develop a full-service airport lounge serving airport passengers in a facility of up to 18,263 square feet in Terminal 2 West at San Diego International Airport.
The project will be procured on design, build, finance, operate, and maintain (DBFOM) model. The contract will be awarded on a lump-sum basis to the preferred bidder.
The deadline to submit the proposal is May 07, 2021. The pre-bid meeting will be held virtually on April 13, 2021.
