The Saudi Water Partnership Company (SWPC) has launched a Request for proposals (RFP) for the pre-qualified bidders to develop the Ras Mohaisen–Al Baha–Makkah water pipeline PPP project in Saudi Arabia.
The selected bidder will build, own, operate and transfer a 300 km long Independent Water Transmission Pipeline (IWTP) connecting Ras Mohaisen, Al Baha, and Makkah. The project will have a capacity of 185,000 m3/day and is expected to become operational in Q2 2026.
