RFP launched for Mixed use PPP in Lake Wales

The city of lake wales has launched a request for proposal (RFP) seeking a qualified proposer to redevelop certain parcels on Lincoln Avenue for the benefit of the Community Redevelopment Area (CRA), and incorporating the Lake Wales Connected and the CRA
Redevelopment Plans. The scope of works involves redevelopment, beautification, and provide for retail, office, and housing at two land parcels located within the Northwest Neighborhood of Lake Wales City.
