RFP launched for mixed use development project in Peoria
The city of Peoria in Arizona, USA has launched a request for proposals (RFP) seeking private developers for mixed-use development project. The project includes design, finance, construct and operation of a mixed-use development on 17 acres in the city of Peoria's P83 area at 83rd Avenue and Bell Road. The scope of works involves development if Class A office space will be approximately 500,000 sq ft; 60,000 sq ft full-service hotel; 250,000 sq ft of multifamily residential and approximately 100,000 sq ft of retail, dining, and entertainment space.
The deadline to submit a response to the RFP is January 22, 2020.
