The Town of Greenwich has launched a Request for Proposal (RFP) looking for qualified firms or teams to redevelop a municipal parking lot located at Island Beach Parking Lot. The parking is approximately 2.8 acres and consists of 447 spots.
The developers are encouraged to propose creative designs and multiple options if they fit the criteria outlined in the RFP. In addition, the proposals need to include public parking and commercial areas, which can generate strong economic activity, such as shopping, dining and entertaining.
