RFP launched for Library PPP in Dallas
The City of Dallas in Texas, USA has launched a request for proposal (RFP) seeking a turn-key partner to redevelop an existing library located in the North Oak Cliff neighborhood of the City of Dallas.
The turn-key partner will either build a new complex or renovate the existing North Oak Cliff Branch Library of the Dallas Public Library system.
